Hello, I am Andreas.

I am a family man and the father of two children. Parenthood has shaped how I think about leadership, collaboration, and responsibility: work with clarity, communicate with respect, and focus on long-term impact.

I grew up in the 80s and spent much of my childhood outdoors, long before smartphones and social media became part of daily life. Those years taught me to stay curious, explore ideas directly, and solve problems pragmatically.

How I work #

My work mindset is built around collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. I believe teams do their best work when people feel trusted, challenged, and supported. For me, agile leadership is practical day-to-day work, not a slogan:

On this website, I share hands-on experiences from real projects in:

• Agentic AI workflows,
• Generative AI in product and engineering delivery,
• Human-Machine Collaboration (HMC) with clear roles between people and systems.

What interests me most is how to move from AI experimentation to robust working models that are reliable, understandable, and useful in everyday operations.

What matters to me #

Throughout my career, I have repeatedly been recognized for strong customer focus and clear communication. In many UI/UX-led projects, my benchmark has always been high: design quality, user experience quality, and implementation quality.

Outside work, I enjoy reading, hiking, healthy cooking, and spending time with my family. Growth, learning, and creating positive impact are the themes that guide me.
